The rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, with several metro stations nearby and it was a good starting point for exploring the city on foot.
The rooms were really small, which made it difficult to store suitcases. Also, the price-performance ratio was unbalanced, especially during holidays.

Probably the best thing is the staff. girl (I think her name is Alex? speaks perfect Spanish, is always willing to solve any problem. Excellent. guy who makes the night, seems serious and quiet but also showed excellent predisposition to communicate. bed is very comfortable and our room was facing the street, where the light came in through huge windows and view is very nice. It is a quiet neighborhood, "Parisian" we went for lunch at a little bar nearby where there was not even a tourist but we were perfectly attended. subway stop is a few blocks away, not that close, at least 4. close to MOntmartre (15 blocks). the neighborhood is really very nice, you can enjoy walking, full of bars and hotels.
Overall, there's nothing I didn't like. Maybe it's not as central as I expected, but Paris is difficult because it's so big. It's an old hotel that's had a few repairs made. The antiquity can be seen in the narrow and somewhat dark corridors, with a carpet that has its years. This doesn't make the stay any less opaque, you just have to be mentally prepared for the glow. It is a good option at a good price.

Staff was helpful in arranging for a child's mattress, but it did not fit into the room.
There was not enough room in the dining room for breakfast, and long queues resulted. The rooms are much much too small. The shower is almost impossible to fit inside.
